Frost Equity Initiative Launched its First All-Girls Cosmetic Science Club

On January 11, 2023, Frost Equity Initiative, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit sponsored an All-Girls Cosmetic Science Club event with the Theta Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho. Twelve teen girls from local Sigma Gamma Rho Rhoers Clubs signed up to learn how to create their own lip scrubs with Dr. Ashley Green-Woolard, a former cosmetologist at L’Oreal. They girls learned about each ingredient and how it impacts their skin. They also learned products to avoid. The scrub was specially formulated for your event by Naeemah’s Natural Essentials.
